Vegetable Fajitas: sautéed sliced vegetables including zucchini, yellow squash, bell peppers, onions, carrots, mushrooms and broccoli
Nopalitos Salad: cactus strips mixed with chopped onion, tomato, fresh cilantro and topped with feta cheese
Mixed tossed salad: fresh iceberg and romaine lettuce with shredded carrot, red cabbage served with 2 dressings of choice
