Literally meaning "Our kitchen is ours" - we proudly cook all our own unique food.  The Guadalajara Grill has many unique dishes from Central and Southern Mexico made from scratch using the freshest ingredients.

We serve Lunch and Dinner daily in a unique setting. Whether you are ready for a full meal, or just a Margarita and some Nachos, the Guadalajara Grill is ready to serve you.

Monday-Thursday 11am to 10pm

Friday and Saturday 11am to 11pm

Sunday noon to 10pm

Our Story

The Guadalajara Grill was founded in 1991 by Pepe Hinojosa and his wife Tina.  

After more than two decades our team continues to serve locals and tourists with attentive service, authentic, freshly prepared dishes and beverages at affordable prices.

We strive to make our customers' dining experience special and memorable.

In 2009, we remodelled the second floor of our historic building to create an elegant private dining room for weddings, parties and events, adding to our wide range of available services.

The Guadalajara Grill has a lovely patio area with space for a small party of up to 50. Dine al fresco surrounded by flowering potted plants with views of other Historic Buildings, Hemisfair Park and the Tower of the Americas.
