Ideally situated on South Alamo across from the west side of the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, and within walking distance of many of the downtown hotels, the Guadalajara Grill is a charming, convenient venue for any meeting or reception. Our building is a registered historic landmark, in La Villita Historic Arts Village, part of the original settlement of San Antonio.
Our Private Dining Venue is available for parties of 25 to 95 attendees. For larger groups the patio area and/or the restaurant may be combined with the upper floor for groups of up to 250.
We offer a variety of heavy hors d’oeuvres that may be served buffet style or passed around butler-style, as well as Lunch & Dinner buffets, and Group Menus including appetizer, salad course, entrée, and dessert.
The bar may be handled as a hosted open bar, or limited by drink coupons or by items offered to the attendees, such as only beer, wine and margaritas. Cash bar is also available.
Other available services include an in-house sound system, including a Crown receiver capable for connection to a computer or iPod, and a cordless microphone. Wireless internet service is available and audiovisual equipment can be arranged upon request.
Entertainment including Mariachis, Flamenco guitar player, jazz singer, and salsa dancing lessons can be arranged to create a memorable event.
